“ I went to Birds of Paradise for my birthday. The entrance is a bit hidden, but it plays to the hole-in-the-wall vibes. The inside is a basement-turned bar with a very intimate ambiance and modern decor. I really liked the interesting concept for the cocktails: fusing flavors from two destinations. The drinks were all very good; I could taste all of the ingredients that were listed for the drinks that I got. However, the alcohol was not heavy, and some drinks had too much ice. I also got the tekka don, which was expensive and not filling, but it tasted fresh. Overall, Birds of Paradise is worth the visit for the experience, and I recommend sticking to the drinks rather than food. ”
